His passion for “Human Capital” and “Organization Excellence”is rooted from his competitive spirit and belief that excellence is never a coincidence and is only achieved when a defined process is flawlessly executed and improved upon consistently.
In August 2019, Tim became a “Certified Talent Optimization Consultant” and Montgomery Hassell became a “Certified Partner” with The Predicative Index.
The development of this professional relationship resulted from Tim being a Predicative Index customer while working at Marvin Windows. He professionally witnessed the power of how Science and Psychometrics could change a workplace, reduce turnover and develop an engaged workforce.
This experience coupled with an insatiable desire to win and the fortune of “reporting to” and “learning from” some of the most esteemed leaders in America, have prepared him to consult, recruit and help organizations of all industries to meeting their Strategy objectives.
Tim is a graduate of Tennessee Wesleyan University in Athens, TN, earning a B.S. Business Management. He was also a two-year Baseball Co-Captain for back to back Volunteer State Athletic Conference Champions.
Prior to TWU, Tim graduated from Ferrum Jr. College with an A.S. in Business Management, where he played and coached Baseball. In his spare time, Tim enjoys discussing business strategy, playing golf, being active in his church and spending time with his family. He resides in Rocky Mount, VA with his wife Gina. They have 3 children, Travis, Tanner and Morgan.
