Session 01 - Grace & Truth Reset

$675.00

Establish the Leadership Standard

Employees may not agree with every decision a leader makes. They will still judge whether they were treated with dignity, whether the leader sought to understand before acting, and whether the expectation or decision was clear.

Session 1 establishes Grace & Truth as the Leadership Standard for the entire Tailored Leadership Operating System. Grace requires leaders to seek understanding and preserve dignity. Truth requires clear, honest direction. Consistency turns those behaviors into a leadership experience employees can trust.

Leaders make Grace practical through LUV — Listen, Understand, Value. They learn to ask before assuming, listen without interrupting, paraphrase what they heard, and demonstrate value through privacy, tone, fairness, and respect. They then learn to deliver Truth by clearly communicating observable facts, why the issue matters, the expectation or decision, and what happens next.

The session closes the communication loop in both directions: Grace verifies that the leader understood the employee; Truth verifies that the employee understood the leader. Agreement is not required. Understanding and clarity are.

The goal is not softer leadership or harsher leadership. It is a consistent standard that protects dignity without sacrificing accountability or clarity.

Grace protects dignity. Truth protects the standard. Consistency builds trust.
